Nanoconduction has assembled a world-class team of technical, financial, and management leaders led by Chief Executive Officer Vinod Mahendroo. Together we are working to launch a new era in thermal management solutions.

Vinod Mahendroo, Chief Executive Officer

Vinod Mahendroo joined Nanoconduction as Chief Executive Officer in the fall of 2005. Previously, Mr. Mahendroo held senior executive positions at Primaxx, Applied Materials, Chips & Technologies and Intel Corporation. At Applied Materials, as President of the Service & Support Business Group, Mr. Mahendroo grew the business from a 238M to a $1.5B. Mr. Mahendroo holds a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology and received a Masters in Business Administration from the Graduate School of Business, Harvard University.

Drew Davies, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Davies brings to Nanoconduction a wealth of experience in corporate finance and business development. At STATS ChipPAC (leading Finance, Account and Regulatory compliance executive in the U.S) he was the Director of Finance and Administration of North American operations. Prior to joining STATS, Mr. Davies worked for MCMS, Inc. (formerly Micron Custom Manufacturing Services, Inc) and Micron Technology, Inc. where he held several senior positions in finance, accounting and planning. Mr. Davies holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Idaho and a Masters in Business Administration from the Leavey School of Business, Santa Clara University.

Barry Cox, Advisor

Mr. Cox's extensive experience includes being Chairman of the Board at Quantum Effect Devices, Inc. (QEDI), President, CEO and Director of fables semiconductor company Weitek Corporation; and Co-Founder of semiconductor capital equipment company ATEQ where Mr. Cox served as President, CEO and Director. Mr. Cox has proven skills in bringing companies to initial public offering and executing successful mergers and acquisitions on behalf of his shareholders and investors. Previously, Mr. Cox held a number of Marketing & Executive Management positions at Texas Instruments & Intel, where he was President of Intel, Europe and head of memory Marketing. Mr. Cox is also a member of Nanoconduction’s Board of Directors.

Dr. Klaus Dahl, Advisor

Dr. Dahl has over thirty years of experience in materials science and engineering. He brings to Nanoconduction a comprehensive understanding of polymer synthesis and the structure property relations of heat resistant polymers. Dr. Dahl has held a number of Chief Scientist & Executive Research and Development positions at Eksigent Technologies and Raychem Corporation, (now Tyco Electronics). Dr. Dahl holds a Ph.D. and Bachelor of Science in Organic Chemistry from McGill University in Montreal, Canada and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the State School of Engineering, Berlin, Germany.

Dr. Dan Maydan, Advisor, President Emeritus of Applied Materials

Dr. Maydan was President of Applied Materials Inc., a semiconductor manufacturing equipment company, from January 1994 to April 2003 and a member of that company's Board of Directors from June 1992 to October 2005. Under his leadership, Applied Materials became the world's leading semiconductor equipment manufacturer. Dr. Maydan spent thirteen years managing new technology development at Bell Laboratories during which time he pioneered laser recording of data on thin-metal films and made significant advances in photolithography and vapor deposition technology for semiconductor manufacturing.

Dr. Srinivas T. Rao, Advisor

Dr. Rao has held senior executive positions at Molecular Nanosystems, and Solectron, where he created the Solectron Technical Center to management worldwide engineering development and manufacturing support for the company. During his tenure, Solectron grew from $150M to $22B in size.
