Welcome to Nanoconduction

Nanoconduction, Inc designs, develops and markets advanced products based on carbon nanotube technology optimized for IC chips, LEDs, and Solar Cells.

The Semiconductor, LED and Solar industries are facing a major challenge in efficiently removing heat generated by their product designs in a cost-effective manner. The accumulation of heat in such components and board designs is the leading cause of performance degradation, system and component failures. To date, system engineers routinely use bulky heat sinks, heat spreaders, thermal substrates, heat pipes and fans to cool components. These devices increase the overall bill of materials, impact the power budget and increase the physical and acoustic footprint of today’s consumer electronic systems.

Nanoconduction's technology and products provide significant, measurable benefits in addressing critical customer needs and pain points including performance, reliability, system cost and ease of use. Customer test results show that the Nanoconduction products have thermal performance significantly better than the best thermal interface materials used in high end microprocessor applications. Our products are significantly smaller in size than competitive technology, entirely compatible with existing manufacturing methods, and do not require semiconductor manufacturers and packaging companies to retool or re-design current processes.
